If the item is in stock, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
For WHILL orders: Approximately 1 week. For parts orders only: Approximately 1 week. For moped orders including electric bikes and electric kick scooters: Approximately 10 days or more.
*In order to comply with the law, it is necessary to obtain a license plate number and take out compulsory automobile liability insurance. After completing these procedures, the vehicle can be delivered.
We will contact you by email or phone as soon as your item is ready to be picked up at the store, so please check your email and then come to the store to pick it up.

As a general rule, we cannot handle license plate issuance applications on your behalf. However, we can have an administrative scrivener fill out the application on your behalf.

If quality defects, faults, or breakdowns occur during the manufacturer's warranty period under normal use conditions in accordance with the instruction manual, we will replace or repair parts free of charge.

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience or due to ordering errors.
*After receiving your order, the product will be ordered from the manufacturer to the shipping area of the store or online shop for your order, and the manufacturer cannot return the product after it has been placed. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
