SQUARE Mobility Mobility Rental Terms and Conditions

When renting for a long-term plan (20 days or more), we require a deposit (guarantee: flat rate of 50,000 yen) to prevent theft and to handle breakdowns.
The deposit will be collected together with the payment of the usage fee (prepayment).

• As a general rule, payment is made by credit card.
• Upon returning the vehicle, if we can confirm that there is no damage or other issues with the vehicle, we will refund the full deposit.

• Point 2: Rent only when you need it . We offer daily and monthly plans. You can rent for as many days as you need, depending on your needs, such as when you're injured, your parents are coming to visit, or you want to go on a trip .
  

• Point 3: Delivery service available . We can deliver to your home according to the date of use. You don't have to go to the store, so you can rent easily.

Usage fee

The model we will be renting is the Model F (list price: 273,000 yen tax-exempt). Please refer to the price list below .

*If you rent for more than 10 days but less than 30 days, the 30-day plan fee will apply.
*If you wish to have your order sent by mail, additional shipping charges will apply.
*Please note that an additional fee will be charged if you extend your stay.
*The maximum rental period is one month. If you wish to rent for a longer period, you will need to renew the contract.
*The above prices include consumption tax.

Loan Procedures

1. Make a reservation online or by phone
   Please make a reservation via the reservation website or by phone (0466-86-5589).
   Select the plan you want to use and proceed with the reservation process.
   
   
2. Pick up WHILL in store or by mail
   You can either visit our store or we can mail/deliver to your specified location (Kanagawa Prefecture only).
   *Shipping costs will be charged separately.
   
   
3. Return WHILL at a store or by mail
   On the last day of your rental, we will collect it from the address you provided when ordering, or you can return it to the store.
   *Please note that additional charges may apply in the event of an extension.
   *If you are returning by mail, please make sure that the item arrives at the store the day after the final day of your rental.
   *Store return hours: 9:00-19:00

Precautions

◎ Terms of Use (please refer to the rental agreement for details)

• You will need to present documents that can verify your current address and identity (driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.).
  
• We will ask you for a mobile phone number where we can contact you.

◎Precautions for use

• For safety reasons, we may refuse to allow customers who do not meet the riding requirements (age, height, etc.) for our vehicle models to ride.
  
• Please refrain from riding if you weigh over 115 kg or if you are too tall to reach the footplate.
  
• Delivery and operation instructions by specialized staff do not guarantee that there will be no accidents once you start using the product.
  
• There is no exemption from liability in the event of theft or loss of the product, or damage caused by customer negligence. In addition to the rental fee already paid, you will be charged an amount up to 100% of the sales price of the product.
  
• If the vehicle or accessories are lost or damaged during use, such as if the vehicle rolls over, you will be charged the actual cost of repairs.
  
• If your vehicle is removed as abandoned, you will be responsible for the costs of removal, storage, transportation, and handling as stipulated by the local government, etc. If our store incurs such costs, you will be charged for the costs of recovery.
