Flow until delivery

The "glafit Ride Start System" eliminates the need for complicated communication with the manufacturer. It is the first unique system in Japan that allows advance preparation for a specific small moped to be completed using only a smartphone app. The NFR-01 Pro complies with sales guidelines , so registration is required before it can be turned on.

Once you have made your purchase, you will need to download the glafit app.
We recommend that you register Steps 1 to 3 in advance so that you can register your vehicle immediately after receiving your NFR-01 Lite.

1. First, create an account.
   After registering your email address, enter the required information such as password setting and place of residence to complete your account registration.
   
2. Once you have created your account, you will need to register your ID.
   Acceptable ID cards
   ・Driver's license, My Number card, driving history certificate, health insurance card, student ID (only those that can verify that you are 16 years of age or older)
3. Once your ID registration is complete, you will take a traffic rules test.
   This is a test on traffic rules for specific small motorized bicycles. Learn the rules you need to follow when actually riding on public roads.

◎ When the vehicle arrives

Once you receive your vehicle, do the following:
Obtain a license plate, take out compulsory automobile liability insurance, and register your compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate in the app.
Once registration is complete, a screen will open showing a map and vehicle information.
Press the unlock button and your NFR-01 Lite will start!

*You will not be able to unlock your vehicle (you will not be able to drive) until you have completed the following steps within the app: 1) registering your ID, 2) taking the traffic rules test, and 3) completing the registration of your compulsory automobile liability insurance card.

1. Obtaining license plates
   You can take the enclosed "Delivery Certificate" and your seal to the tax department of your local city or town hall and complete the procedure free of charge.
2. Joining compulsory automobile liability insurance
   Next, you can purchase compulsory automobile liability insurance at a convenience store or other location. You will receive an insurance policy and a sticker, which you will then attach to your license plate.
3. Vehicle registration
   Register your vehicle and compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate using the app.
   
4. Start of the run
   Once completed, you're ready to go.

About the manufacturer's warranty

• Warranty period
  

  The product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of receipt.

  If quality defects, faults, or breakdowns occur during the manufacturer's warranty period under normal use conditions in accordance with the instruction manual, we will replace or repair parts free of charge.

  *We will cover the cost of parts, but labor and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• Parts covered by warranty

  - Frame (purchased within the last 2 years)
  ・Battery (within one year of purchase)
  ・Motors and other electrical parts (within one year of purchase)
  ・Handlebars, handlebar posts, front forks and
  Other structural parts (within one year of purchase)
  
  *The battery is covered by the warranty if it has been fully charged less than 300 times within two years from the date of purchase and has deteriorated to less than 50% of its original capacity.
  *Warranty eligibility will be determined after our company, dealer, or maintenance shop has checked the vehicle itself and the contents of the warranty.
  *Consumables (tires, tire tubes, brake wires, brake pads, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
  *The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by damage or customization.

  *If inspection reveals that repairs are necessary, additional charges will be incurred unless the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• The following items may not be covered by the warranty:
  1. If you do not have a product warranty, or if you have acquired the product through a used car sale or private sale.

  4. Breakdowns and replacement of consumables caused by improper usage or storage conditions.

• Matters to be observed by customers, disclaimers
  1. To ensure proper use of the product, it is necessary to inspect the product daily. Failure to inspect the product regularly will not be covered by the warranty, so please be sure to inspect the product regularly.
  2. Please be sure to carry out inspections and maintenance in accordance with the law. If you are unable to carry out inspections yourself, please consult your local motorcycle dealer, distributor, or our shop.
  3. The warranty does not cover product lifespan, deterioration over time, product failure due to excessive continuous operation, discoloration of the exterior, or monitor screen burn-in (uneven screen).
