Terms of Use

Legally, bicycles are considered light vehicles. They can be ridden on public roads without a license. Please follow the basic bicycle rules below to use them safely.

1. As a general rule, cyclists must ride on the roadway, staying close to the left edge of the road. Riding on the sidewalk is an exception, and cyclists must drive slowly from the center of the sidewalk closer to the roadway. In addition, cyclists must stop temporarily if they are obstructing pedestrians.
   
2. At intersections, please obey traffic lights and stop signs, and make sure it is safe. Also, when exiting a narrow road onto a wide one, be sure to slow down and check for safety.
   
3. Lights on at night
   
4. Drinking and driving is prohibited.
   
5. Wearing a helmet is mandatory and is recommended for safety reasons.

About the manufacturer's warranty

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase

• If the mileage exceeds 3,000 km, the warranty will not apply regardless of the period.
  
• The warranty period varies depending on the part.
  
• The warranty does not cover consumable items such as tires, tubes, valves, pedals, and brakes.
  
• Service items such as installation tools are not covered by the warranty.
  
• Disassembly and modification are not covered by the warranty.
  
• If a defect occurs within two weeks of delivery of the product, we will confirm the symptoms and replace the parts or the vehicle as an initial defect, and we will cover the labor costs and shipping fees involved.

The following expenses will not be covered:

1. Labor costs for repairs of parts covered by the warranty
   
2. Costs of inspections and maintenance associated with court-mandated continuing inspections
   
3. Losses and expenses incurred due to the inability to use this product
   
4. Costs and warranties other than those specified in this warranty

Matters to be observed by customers, disclaimers

1. To ensure proper use of the product, it is necessary to inspect the product daily. Failure to inspect the product regularly will not be covered by the warranty, so please be sure to inspect the product regularly.
   
2. Please be sure to carry out inspections and maintenance in accordance with the law. If you are unable to carry out inspections yourself, please consult your local motorcycle dealer, distributor, or our company.
   
3. The warranty does not cover product lifespan, deterioration over time, product failure due to excessive continuous operation, discoloration of the exterior, or monitor screen burn-in (uneven screen).
