What is a specific small moped?

From July 1, 2023, electric scooters and other vehicles that meet certain requirements will be classified as specific small motorized bicycles, and new traffic rules will apply.

■Maximum speed: 20km/h or less ■Riding location: Generally, you must drive on roads, but bicycle paths are also permitted ■No license required (However, those under 16 years of age are not permitted to drive)
