All electric kick scooters and electric bikes covered by this plan are "specified small mopeds." "Specified small mopeds" are next-generation transportation tools that can be ridden by anyone aged 16 or over.
Unlike a bicycle, there's no pedaling required; it's completely electric and has a top speed of 20km/h, making sightseeing a breeze!

The rental models are specified small moped electric mobility vehicles (list price: 69,800 yen to 198,000 yen including tax). Please refer to the price list below.

Loan Procedures

1. Make a reservation online/by phone
   Please make a reservation through the reservation site or by phone (0466-86-5589).
   Select the plan you want to use and proceed with the reservation process.
   
   
2. Pick up your electric scooter at the store
   Please come to the store where you made your reservation and complete the rental contract procedure. When you start using the vehicle, you will receive an explanation of how to ride it.
   
   
3. Return the electric scooter at the store
   Once you have finished using the product, please return it to the same store where you received it. Return acceptance hours: 9:00-19:00

  • Personal injury insurance (in case of damage to the driver or passengers)
    ・Personal injury: 30 million yen per person
  • Compulsory liability insurance (personal injury and property damage)
    ・Limited bodily injury compensation per person ・Limited property damage compensation per person
  • Insurance company: Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
  • Accident contact: SQUARE Mobility 0466-86-5589
    *The user will be responsible for any damages that exceed the compensation limit, accidents that fall under the disclaimer in the insurance policy, accidents or uses that violate the rental terms and conditions, or damages that have not been reported to the police or that have not been reported to the shop and are returned.

• Other expenses (please refer to the rental agreement for details)
  
  • In the event of a flat tire <br>The customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair. If the tire is flat when you return the bike, you will be charged the actual cost of the repair. *If you are unable to return the bike by yourself, our staff will collect it (for a fee).
  • If the electric scooter/electric motorcycle or parts are damaged or broken <br>If the vehicle or accessories are lost or damaged, such as if it rolls over while in use, you will be charged the actual cost of repairs. You will be responsible for any expenses such as transportation costs required to return the vehicle.
  • The vehicle will be removed as an abandoned vehicle . You will be responsible for the costs of removal, storage, transportation and disposal as determined by local governments etc.
  • In the event of theft or loss of an electric scooter or electric motorcycle , please immediately report the theft to the police. You may be required to pay the cost of the theft.

  • You will need to present documents that can verify your current address and identity (driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.).
  • We will ask you for a mobile phone number where we can contact you.
  • If you are using the facility as a group, your accompanying guests may also use the facility if the representative fills out the rental agreement.
  • For safety reasons, we may refuse to allow customers who do not meet the eligibility requirements (age, height, etc.) to ride our specified small motorized bicycles.
  • Pick-up and return is limited to during our store's business hours.
  • If you apply for use locally, the fee must be paid before departure.
