Electric kick scooters are attracting attention as a new form of mobility.
The high-end model, the ZERO9, boasts basic driving performance sufficient for practical use on public roads, with a top speed of 40km/h and a range of 40km, as well as safety features such as dual brakes, suspension, high-brightness LED turn signals, and a color LCD meter.

Equipped with a high-torque motor with a rated output of 600W and a large-capacity 624Wh battery, it can even navigate uphill routes, enabling full-scale, free-flowing travel.

ZERO9 is an electric kick scooter that can be ridden on public roads.
Legally, it is treated as a Class 1 moped.

When products are delivered, they are equipped with the safety parts required for driving on public roads as standard.
We deliver finished products that have been assembled and inspected in Japan.
No assembly is required by the customer, so you can get a license plate and start riding as soon as it arrives.

Furthermore, during the assembly process at our domestic factory, two technical staff members inspect more than 80 locations while the vehicle is equipped with safety parts.

①License confirmationWe will check whether you have a driver's license that is equivalent to or exceeds a motorbike license.

②Delivery of starter kit
Please follow the instructions in the starter kit to apply for a license plate and compulsory automobile liability insurance.

③ Obtaining a license plate/Enrolling in compulsory and voluntary insurance
Please complete the "License Issue Application (Number Registration)" procedure at your city, town or village office.
You can apply for compulsory insurance and optional insurance at our store.
*Please do not forget if you are purchasing your own compulsory or voluntary automobile liability insurance. You can also purchase insurance at convenience stores, etc.

④ Send a photo of your "Certificate of License Issue" and "Compulsory Motor Vehicle Insurance Certificate"
Please take a photo of the vehicle that verifies the license plate registration and attach it to an email to info@sa-mobility.com , which will be included in the order confirmation email.

⑤Shipping of products
Once all documents have been verified, the product will be shipped.

◆Notes

■ Carrying your driver's license is mandatory A driver's license equivalent to a moped license or higher is required. Always carry your driver's license with you when riding.
■Helmet wearing is mandatory When riding, you must wear a motorcycle helmet bearing the PSC, SG or JIN mark and strictly observe the Road Traffic Act as a moped.
■License plate registration required A light vehicle tax declaration (report) and license plate issuance application (number registration) is required.
■Compulsory automobile liability insurance is required Compulsory automobile liability insurance is required. Please apply at our store, any convenience store, insurance agency, insurance company office, post office, etc. Please carry your compulsory automobile liability insurance documents with you when driving.
■Recommended to take out optional insurance■Obligation to pay light vehicle taxAs it is classified as a motorized bicycle (Type 1), you are obligated to pay light vehicle tax (2,000 yen).Please follow the tax notice from your local municipal office to complete the procedure.
■Do not drive in rainy weather or on slippery roads.

◆About the manufacturer's product warranty

○ Initial Defects: If any damage other than intentional damage is found or performance is impaired within 30 days of product delivery, we will replace or repair the product. We will cover all costs associated with repairing the initial defect (including shipping costs).

Warranty period: New car: The warranty applies for 6 months.
* Calculation starts from the date of product shipment.

Warranty details
If this product breaks down under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace or repair the following parts free of charge for six months.

If you notice any missing parts or accessories, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Anything after this time will be considered lost and will not be covered under the product warranty.

Warranty costs
We will cover the cost of parts and labor under the warranty. You will be responsible for the one-way shipping costs (from you to us) and we will cover the one-way shipping costs (from us to you).

○Not covered by warranty
・Damage or malfunction caused by strong external force ・Vehicles that have been subjected to strong impact such as an accident or fall ・Vehicles purchased or transferred from a source other than our company ・Malfunction caused by liquid intrusion (including fogging and internal condensation)
- Damage caused by exposure to high heat or freezing, breakdowns, damage caused by disasters, breakdowns, repairs, maintenance or storage methods by the customer, problems caused by aging (peeling paint, rust on metal parts, loose screws, etc.)
- Secondary damage or loss of parts caused by use after a malfunction has occurred - If the customer disassembles the vehicle or modifies it using products other than ours, or if the settings are changed without permission - Damage to the battery due to a dead battery - Breakdown or damage due to the consumption of consumables (including punctures)
