We are pleased to announce that we have begun offering the SQUARE Mobility membership card from July 1, 2025.
The SQUARE Mobility membership system is a membership system in which membership ranks are set according to the amount of rental usage, and discount rates increase with each rank. If you would like to issue a new stamp card, please feel free to ask a store staff member.
Plus, if you add us as a friend on our official LINE account, you might even get some great deals...?!
terms of service
- This is a "guaranteed great value card" that can be used at SQUARE Mobility main store.
(Currently not available at other stores.) - Please present this card at the register when paying.
*If you do not have a card, please feel free to ask a member of staff as we can issue one on the spot. - You can choose from the following eligible services: "SEA-Bike (electrically assisted bicycle) rental," "specific small electric kickboard/bike rental," and "WHILL (electric wheelchair) rental."
Please note that extensions and option fees are not eligible for discounts.
Precautions
- Promotional products on the official website are not eligible for membership card discounts.
- The person making the reservation (usually the person who will be driving) must register as a member.
- These discounts and benefits are only applicable when the member is the driver, and do not apply when using WHILL.
- The membership period is one year from the last date of use by Silver members. If there is no use for one year, your membership will be automatically terminated.
- The validity period for Gold and Platinum Membership is one year from the start date of the respective rank. If there is no use for one year, the rank will be downgraded.
- If you have an accident, your accumulated usage will be cleared and you will restart as a Silver member.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits or discounts (LINE birthday coupons, etc.).
- Special discounts do not apply to additional charges such as extensions.
- Please make your reservation in advance to use member benefits.
- All matters relating to the rental are governed by the rental agreement.
- If you violate our regulations, we may terminate your membership or refuse to allow you to use our services.
